HOW LONG DELIVERY DOES TAKES?

Delivery takes 24 to 48 hours within Lagos state and 2-5 days outside Lagos depending on pick up station.

WHO HANDLES  DELIVERY?

Chrisvicmall logistics is the exclusive handler of all of KOBOMART delivery within Lagos State. However, our interstate deliveries are handled by third-party delivery services such as GIG logistics, etc.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

A tracking ID will be sent to you, or you can contact our customer care service provider to get tracking information about your order

IS THERE CONSOLIDATION OF GOODS?

You can make as many orders as you want on KOBOMART. Each order will be handled as a single transaction, so order will be shipped in a single package.

WHAT ARE THE INFORMATION NEEDED  FOR DELIVERY?

For delivery order we need:  

• Sender’s full name, 
• Receiver’s name, 
• Receiver’s Phone Number, 
• Receiver’s address.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY COST?

Delivery cost is solely dependent on the location 

CAN I CANCEL ORDER?

Yes, order can be canceled once it’s still under processing. But once it is processed is can’t be cancelled.
